At Androsia Batik Factory, each product is handmade with care on Andros Island, The Bahamas.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Handmade products

Each item is individually hand-batiked, meaning:

  • No two pieces are exactly the same

  • Variations in color, pattern, and design placement are part of the process

These variations are not defects but a natural characteristic of authentic handmade batik.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at:

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or solution.
